If your baby has already started finger foods, it's pretty simple to start table food. I'll assume you eat "healthy" foods, so you need to just cut what you're eating into very small pieces and feed them to your baby. Just make sure there isn't any strong spices or grease that might upset their tummy.

If you haven't started finger foods yet I would recommend starting with Gerber Puff's. They dissolve much quicker than cheerios so you will be a little more at ease.
