I am diagnosed BP II.

I live in Egypt. Does anybody know of any group or a good psychotherapist there?

I bought from Amazon 2 books on CBT (cognitive behavior treatment). That was when I was diagnosed as OCD. But after 3 years when pdocs told me I am bipolar, I started to think that psychology should stop here and it's the turn of drugs.

I am disappointed to learn that there are no magic non-damaging pills with no side effects. But I read once about a combination of natural supplements omega 3, gaba, etc... would one know of a natural combination that might work for bipolar?

Sorry, unfortunatly I've never heard of anyone that was able to control their BP with herbal supplements. Meds are pretty much the only way to control it. And therapy usually helps an awful lot. BP can be overwhelming and alot to deal with and the various modalities of therapy can teach one coping skills to learn how to deal with some of the stress associated with it.

Good luck in your search for a pdoc.
