I have pain that came out of no where, but started in the ankle then moved down to the side and top of the foot.It hurts to walk and I have no clue what happened

start with making an appt with your primary doctor and go from there.. they'll probably take some xrays and see whats going on and refer you to a podiatrist if needed. good luck.
