Hi, I will explain my problem at first.
I was on a diet for 14 weeks, and have lost 2.5 stone. Some muscle. And mostly fat.
I have been doing cardio for those 14 weeks mixed with weight training. I want to start doing just weight training to get my muscular look back.
And my question is: If I do just weight training for my exercise would this still help my fat loss?
Thanks in advance. Best Regards!

How much protein are you taking in? You need protein to build muscle. Like over 100 g per day.

I would recommend keeping up with what you are doing! If I ONLY do weight training, I don't keep off as much fat as I would with the combination of the two. If I only do cardio, I feel smaller, but not as firm and fit. That's why it's good to combine the two. Cardio burns lots of calories while you do the exercise and weight training doesn't burn as much, BUT weight training makes you burn more throughout the day. Keep up doing both for optimal results! I agree to make sure you eat enough protein as well. I've been eating more protein with my increased workouts.
