I started my period yesterday very light. Before bedtime it got heavier. In the middle f the night when I would turn over, I felt the whole room sort of spin like I was dizzy in my sleep. When I woke up and got out of bed, I was cramping really bad and I was dizzy! What causes that and what can you do for that? I was 3 days late and it just seems more intense this month.:(
