Hi, I just started on a diet about a week ago and ran about 5 days since then. I've been eating the low-fat 90 calorie granola bars, and figured that would be good. I just finally realized that each bar had 8 g of sugar in it. How bad is that, when i've been eating about 1 a day, sometimes 2? Thanks.

8 grams of sugar is pretty much nothing. hehe don't worry about it. :)

Yeah that's not bad at all!!! Some bars have a ton of sugar, even the healthier kinds. I try to eat bars lower in sugar and carbs, with more protein and nautral ingredients in them.
