things that have actually worked for me or at least helped...
rub egg white on your face prior to bedtime and use it overnight, it helps!
grape seed extract facial mask
washing your face twice a day with a gentle facial wash, don't ever use soap, use a toner afterwards, it'll remove any excess dirt the cleanser didn't remove
do not use oily makeup products
avoiding chocolate, caffeine, and spicy foods
apply a warm compress to inflammed areas
this can be irritating to your skin, but it will go away. you can take a tsp of baking soda with 2 tsp of water, and rub it on face for 60 sec to remove dead layer of skin
honey applyed for 15 minutes to ache spots (and no longer)
neosporin to keep any lesions from drying up
and don't ever be like me and pop every one that comes on your face. mine is spreading an infection i can't get under control, with these horrible looking lesions on my face, i had my face cleared up completely, but then had a reaction to my medication, and now it's turning into a nightmare
