i had unprotected vaginal sex with a lady i pick up.. i was foolish enough to put my penis into her vaginal without a condom on.. i only did a few strokes abt (15 secs) and realised that i am putting myself in danger..and hence quickly withdrew my penis to stop everything.. pls help me !! what are my risk of getting HIV and other STDs from her? pls help me.. i am really freak out

Just my opinion...men aren't as likely to contract from women as women from men. Does this mean you will be ok...I can't say that. All I can say is you need to get a baseline HIV test now and then continue with your 3 and 6 mo checks. The main thing to remember is worring will not change any results, so try not to let it bother you. If she wasn't passing much secretions then your chances COULD become a little lower. Some + men ejaculate in women and the women never end up + since the force is not that strong. Just something to keep things on the up side.
