sorry folks but i need to rant about this. i have recently been told that my bladder has prolapsed, to what degree im not sure. i have urinary stress incontinence, urge frequency and difficulty sitting on hard chairs as it feels like im sitting on a ball. the only medical help im getting at the moment is physiotherapy 1 per month with a treatment plan of giving up tea and coffee and pelvic floor exercises that wont cure the prolapse but 'might stop the symptoms' i have to do this for 5 months before i can be referred anywhere else. i am willing to try this but as i have explained to everyone involved i am very bad at remembering to do anything on a regular basis and would prefer a quick fix instead of trying this for months then trying something else and so on. im considering changing my gp to see if i can get a referral to a gynacologist who may actually fix the problem. i would love to hear from anyone who has had similar problems and how they found a solution to them.
