You were very smart in using a latex condome because they are a very effective barrier to the spread of hiv. Was your hiv test done at least 91 days after the possible exposure. If so, you are hiv negative and should not worry about this any longer.

It could possibly be the pH balance in your mouth was messed up from the medication and you have an excessive amount of yeast. This is not a bad thing and may go away on it's own after you've eaten certain foods. If it's persistent then have a dr check it out
