You were very smart in using a latex condome because they are a very effective barrier to the spread of hiv. Was your hiv test done at least 91 days after the possible exposure. If so, you are hiv negative and should not worry about this any longer.

White spots in the mouth or on the tongue can be very normal after medication. It could possibly be the pH balance in your mouth was messed up from the medication and you have an excessive amount of yeast. This is not a bad thing and may go away on it's own after you've eaten certain foods. If it's persistent then have a dr check it out

HIV CANNOT be diagnosed by symptomatology! Diverse symptoms of infection like swollen glands can be caused by THOUSANDS of different microorganisms.
HIV antibidy test will put your mind at ease. Now that you know how you agonize after anything even vauguely unsafe, be careful not to put yourself in the position again. A hot orgasm isn't worth it if it will cause three months' worry.
(I figure 3 months' worry is only worth if for 500 HOT-HOT encounters) http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
The odds say you are almost certainly NOT infected. Don't worry.
