I haven't tried this one, but I tried a similar Hoodia pill (10 Day Hoodia Diet). They do work if you are looking to quickly loose water weight or bloating, but I can't see it giving drastic results. I used it before a beach trip to get my abs flatter. What the pills do is make you feel fuller, so you end up eating less. They also make you pee more often so you aren't holding in extra water. Mine also gave me lots of energy, so I took less than the directions said and split them up with my breakfast and lunch. Make sure with ANY hoodia pill to take them with a full glass of water or they won't work! You will just end up feeling about the same. The water helps with the feeling of being full faster.
