is this what iv got my clitoris was always ithchy but now it has moved to the lips of my vulva on the edges and it feels very burning and sore i have been diagnosed with lichen schlerosis from my gynie but since then it has gotten worse

Sounds like it. There should also be white dry patches. The dermatologist thought I had it on my arm. He had said it was odd to have on the arm because you usually get on the genitals. Did the GYN give you any cream for it? They have something for it. Don't know what it's called.
