i posted the same topic earlier also...now i have all types of symptoms...i'm so scarring, i don't know wether i have to believe on medical tests or not..now i have a wound in the upper lip... doctor was telling hurpuse....i don't know whether i have to live or die..i'm very sure abt hiv in my body because of my symptoms...pls help me out...here is my sexula exposure type.............
I had an unprotected sexual exposure with unknown person(CSW), a sex worker. The type of exposure is with very high penetrations for atleast 15 minutes. After 1 month to my exposure, I had a simptoms like burning smell, altering of smelling, skin itching, tiredness, skin rashes,white coting in the mouth, fever..but nothing in the genital area.
Then I undergone ELISA test and PCR test...both were negative...then I waited for 6 months, once again I undergone ELISA and Westren Blot tests...now also both were negative. Still symtoms are there...Then I waited another 2 more months, i.e on 8th month, I tested once again ELISA. It was also negative. Still symptoms are there like:
1. Getting burning smell on and off
2. Altering smelting sensation.
3. Skin Itching (more in the evening times, thattoo in the lower parts of both the legs).
4. Memory loss.
5. Tiredness.
6. White coating in the toungue.
7. Skin rashes.
8. getting pain while passing urine
9. hurbuse at the upper lip(small wound)
10.getting pains in the body frequently


I'm so scared.....What shall I do???

Since your tests are coming up negative have you looked into anything else? Your symptoms can go along with so many different things. Have you been tested for diabetes? I don't think you should stress out about HIV until you have had other tests to make sure you don't have any other health problems that are going untreated.

Ramesh you do not have HIV. Your PCR and Elisa tests show you do not. Your tests are accurate why don't you believe them? Even if the CSW did have HIV the chances of female to male transmission is slim only about .3%. Your symptoms can be many different things floating around. I hope you do not have unprotected sex again in the future. It's not worth it is it.

Try to focus off of HIV though.

Thanks for ur replies...but now all my face is with blisters....some councillaors were telling me HIV peoples will get more frequently....
Now I'm believing very strongly HIV in my body due to these majore symptoms...
1. Blisters in my face
2. Pain while passing urine..
3. Getting burning smell and alteration of smelling sensation.
4. Loss of memory
5. Skin itching daily in the evening times...
6. Blood in the motion for once in every 15 to 20 days...

pls...I'm very sorry for giving troubles to all of u...let me know what shall i do???? whether i've stay back or shall i continue the tests....

Ramesh listen to me and the people on here. What do you want us to do over the internet? Please tell us. What are you looking for? It is impossible to diagnose you over the computer. Do yourself a favor and listen to the smart people on here that are telling you you do NOT have HIV. If you refuse to let this go then see a counsellor. You have a fear of HIV, not HIV itself. Your HIV tests tell you it is not HIV you have.

You do NOT have HIV/AIDS!
You certainly have SOMETHING causing these symptoms. Go to the best general practitioner in your area and get a complete workup.
But PLEASE forget about AIDS!

Just recently I'm getting herbes at my face, Doctor told me this is only due to weakness of your immune system...I'm thinking only HIV...Otherwise how can my immune system will goes to a weak stage...pls help me out.....major symptoms which are made my like this are:
1. Getting burning smell on and off.
2. Herbes at the face..
3. Pain while passing urine.
4. Skin itching only in the night between 7-10 PM.
5. White coting in the toungue.

Ramesh, from the time you had sex with that person until your 8th month test did you mess with anyone else? If not then you are negative. My friend has been positive for 6+ yrs and hasn't experienced anything you are complaining of. I realize everyone is different, but I think you need to look into something else. There are lots of things that can lower your immune system...even a simple cold. Have you had ANY other tests? If not please do so and I'm sure you will find the cause. Are you going to a free clinic or are you paying a dr. whether with insurance or out of pocket? This can make a difference.

Accoding to Mr. remesh his problem is not answerable by any one in the world and he is not happy with what ever ans he get. At least he can have a pyshcatric opinion. What you say, guys.

I had sex with someone who was HIV+. Though we used protection I just knew he infected me. I would be freezing, but sweating at night. I had swollen glands. I was always nauseas and had persistant diarrhea. Even after my 6 mo test these symptoms went on. I knew something was wrong with me cause I was so sick. It's been 4 yrs now and I look back and realize it was all psychological. That doesn't mean I was crazy, it just means I stressed out so much I began experiencing the different symptoms. Stress symptoms mimic HIV symptoms. No one who has ever been through this can actually tell you to deal with it or not to worry cause you will anyway. Test again!! If you have to do it until you finally believe the results, but I hope you are taking my previous advise and being tested for other things as well. The uncoated truth is...people become infected...that doesn't mean you are nor does it mean your life would be over if you were. I perceive it as...having this virus is like having a heart disease or cancer or anything else that can be life threatening...you will take medicine probably for the rest of your life and you can die from it. Unlike most other illnesses it will NOT be the death of you. You have a greater chance of being shot as an innocent bystander then dying from AIDS. I know nothing anyone says is going to change the way you feel, but don't think you are bothering anyone by expressing yourself. That's what we are all here for!!!

those symptoms were not all HIV related ones. I dont remember strange smells being a symptom. I think you are negative and paranoid. In fact the test is pretty much 99% accurate despite what the narrow minded conspiracy searching idiots at Christine Maggiores site say LOL!!! you are OK!!!

Herpes is not at all related to HIV anyways. 1 in 4 adults has HSV-2 and most of the american population has HSV-1. Please move on and forget about HIV!
