my hsv IGg1 and IGm2 And hsvIGm1 & IGm2 were earlier positive but now reports shows it turned negative as I am taking famcyclovir 500 mg in a week continuously.Can it turn negative? just yesterday I found active leison on my glans penis. Can it be cured? the problem has been from years . is that symptoms of herpes? Please help I am very much disturbed.

There is no cure for herpes but the suppressive medication you are taking is very effective if it is taken at the start of an outbreak.
Unfortunately, the blood tests are subject to false negatives and false positives while swab tests need to be taken right at the start of an outbreak.
The symptoms vary from mild tingling to intense itching and burning and there could be an interval of many years between outbreaks, dependent on your general state of health.
