I noticed a lump about 4 months ago on my right testical but i left it and thought it might go away... but it hasnt and it has started giving off a horribal pain in and around the testical evan up to my stomach. I got very worryed and told my parents they got worryed because i left it so long. Im now going to the doc's tomorrow but guys out there i would recommend getting it looked at straight away before it starts to hurt, evan tho its is embarresing to alot of people like myself. sombody said on the forum that when the ejaculate it dosnt shoot it dribbles and you must empty it in a strange manual way, i have the same problem and would like to no more about that, and also a felling of needing to urinate afterwards. thanks for reading get back to me please :p.

there's no need to be embarrassed as doctors see testicles and dangley bits most days. I know this gets churned out a lot and the reason it does, is because it's true.

As for urinating after ejaculating, that's normal as it's the body's way of cleaning out the tubes. It stops infections.
