A couple of weeks ago i developed hard lumps on the inside of my cheek close to my lips, they are about the size of BB's there are about five on each side and there is redness on my skin (outside of my mouth). They feel like i can move them around with my tongue. Can anyone help me figure out what they are and how to treat them?
