I'm not sure what my symptoms mean but was wondering if anyone else out there has had this combination of problems. Sometimes after a bowel movement I have a bad "charlie horse" type cramp high in rectum that lasts for several minutes and is almost an unbearable pain. It gradually eases off. I also have something that moves around when I sit down that feels like it is in the tailbone area. It is kind of uncomfortable to sit unless I'm sitting on a really soft surface. No unusual stools or bleeding from rectum. I do have an internal hemorrhoid that has been there for a long time. I also know that I have some arthritis around tailbone area. Could any of these symptoms be a colon problem? Thanks for any replies
