I am 24 years old, about 145lbs, and I would like to know what type of exercises to do to get rid of my horrible saddlebags! I do various cardio and weights and aerobic moves, atleast 3xs per week, sometimes 4. I usually do atleast 30min of either running/power walking on an incline on the treadmill, or the eliptical machine, always doing interval training, (5 min moderate, 5 fast as I can, because I have somewhat hit a plateau)

As far as exercises, I try to do squats with weights, lunges with weights, and other moves I have picked up from Carmen Electra workout tapes, I like to call it the donkey kick, u get on all 4's and kick your leg back. I try to do 3sets of 25 (i've gotten very effecient at the donkey kicks! from 15 reps to 25!) on each side. I also do the "jane fonda" moves where u lie on your side and lift the leg thats on top.

Please note I have dropped about 10lbs, and my big butt is hereditary, but if anyone has any suggestions, they are much appreciated!

I know I will probably never be able to be rid of them completely, but jsut make them smaller!!!
