I am thinking about taking spiro. I haven't seen much info regarding males taking the drug. If anyone has taken it i'd really like some feedback on it. I have severe cystic acne on my back that won't go away. I am taking accutane right now but I've taken it before and reacted negatively to it. I'm going to give accutane another shot. I am a 32 yr old male. I am getting the acne from anabolic steriods which produce androgenic effects. I am trying to subdue the effects of them from spiro. If anyone has info please reply.

I don't think spiro is approved for males. It is a testosterone blocker and I was warned by my doctor not to get pregnant on spiro because it can cause feminine traits in a male fetus, like the fetus wont develope male traits completely. I'm not sure though. Have you done an internet search for it?

yes. I haven't seen to many post regarding male consumption of it. There is someone from this board named joeh that has taken it and still is taking it. I'd like to get some feedback from him.
