sure they could be, but they are also directly related to stress from worrying.
the best way to find out is by takign at test at 13 weeks.
if the person was actually hiv + (which u seem not to know) your risk from one encounter would be 1/1000.

maybe helpful

Syptoms usually occur 2 to 4 weeks after exposure, last a week or two, and generally clear up on their own. Weight loss doesnt occur right away, it is usually not until late stage HIV and progression to AIDS that it occurs. Many people dont have any symptoms at all. HIV cant be diagnosed through syptoms. Many of us here know that first hand!

The best thing for you to do is get a test after 12 weeks and then youll know for sure. Dont hesitate to ask anything else you are curious about.

Your weight loss, no appetite and diarrhea are most likely due to your anxiety and stress caused by the waiting period (I am also in the window period and know what you are talking about). In any case, symptoms are not a means to indicate your hiv status: get tested at 12 weeks.

You CANNOT diagnose an HIV infection from early symptoms. Don't waste your time and emotional energy trying.

Indeed, signs of stress and anxiety. I went through that. Aslo, immediate weight loss does indicate a condition related to stress. HIV related weight loss takes longer to present. Keep it up, until you test.
