I have trigger foods that when I eat them, the rest of the day has me chasing more crap until i am stuffed. Over the years I have identified my trigger foods, and although you would think that this discovery would end my problem, it has not. I am still trying though. <removed> -Kim

Please discuss how to make positive changes to your eating habits. Please do not dwell on making lists of triggering foods. That is not helpful to you or anyone else who reads the posts.
