where's Houdina, CoffeNdonut, JNL, Bilkerblondie, etc..... I have been reading threads as far back as 2003. The popular diet then were Atkins, South Beach, and other lowcard diets, It would be awesome to hear the testimonies are a few regularws back in the day. Have you guys kept the weight off or regained? Please share ;)
