I am wondering if any of you guys who have this ailment have put together a flowchart as to what all of the tests mean. It would be nice to know exactly what each high or low number rules out or leads to.

Well, i dont think a lot of us have made flowcharts, but some of us have spent so much time with this that we have a good idea what each test indicates.
