i have tmd and have had pulsetile tinnitus in my ear .....anyone know how to get rid of it.....i got it after i had my teeth file down

i know how that feels, it should go away in time.. a heat pack helped me and i don't have it at all anymore..i usually get it after stabbing sharp pains in the ears...do you have severe tmj or earaches ?
