Hey everyone. I'm going to describe this the best way I can. If you take your right hand and try to scratch as far down your left shoulder as you can, that's where my pain is. I have had this for awhile only tonight when I was playing with my dog, I was hiding behind a door trying to scare her when she came in and as I stepped out from behind the door, pain shot down my whole arm to the elbow like you wouldn't believe!!! I do have a history of carrying big purses and most of my weight as far as carrying things has always been on my left arm and hand. I also have a history of back and neck pain but I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

Can anyone give me any ideas of what I may have done?? If I sit at a table and lay my arm in front of me on the table, it hurts in the shoulder and back of the arm. I can't figure out what the heck I have done to it.:(
