View Full Version : What are my chances to contract HIV from oral sex?

Let me assume the worst case scenario... the woman I'm with is HIV positive (not a high enough viral load for AIDS though). How likely am I to contract the disease from eating her out? Does anyone have any stats... not how likely I am to get it from random women, but once again in the worst case.

Thanks

How would you define fairly low?

I assume it has to be higher than unprotected penetration since I'm taking her bodily fluids into my mouth, while fingering her and licking her to make her come more.

The reason I ask is because I like to go with my friends into Tijuana and have sex with multiple hookers (as well as one-night stands back home in Cali), and giving women oral is my favorite part and I do it most of the time. I know I'm just asking for a stern lecture from the board about how dangerous that is, but I'm still going to do it and just hope it doesn't blow up in my face. Let's just assume that every woman I have sex with is pretty high risk. I always wear condoms though except when I'm receiving a blowjob. I never use any protection when giving oral to a woman though, as I like to taste everything.

I would assume orally stimulating a woman's ******* doesn't put me at that high of a risk unless there's blood.

Any helpful replies would be greatly appreciated.

Substitute anus for the *s.

your somewhat right. unprotected insertive oral poses virtually no risk since you are only coming into contact with another person's saliva.

giving oral to a women is a risk but a low one. vaginal fluids is infectious but not as much as blood or semen. you should never perform oral when your mouth and gums are in poor condition or bleeding.
it's definitely not no risk but it is a lower risk.
