Have you ever had any digestive or food intolerance problems associated with your TMJD?
I ask this because at precisely the same time as I developed the extreme ear fullness I now associated with TMJD I also became - or at least started showing symptoms that I was - allergic to most grain products, espcially wheat. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I suffer with awful ear fullness and I am allergic to wheat.
