I am not positive that this is what I am experiencing, but my mom had a pinched nerve and said that's what it sounds like. I have been having a sharp stabbing burning pain inbetween my shoulder blades more towards the left side. It is unbearable when it happens which is several times throughout the day. I go back to the doctor on friday so I am going to tell him about this and see if there is something that can be done to stop it. I'm already taking flexeril for my lower back pain that the doc thinks is due to disc degeneration. Let me just say to all of you who have back issues, I feel your pain, literally. I hope everyone feels better soon. :)
