My daughter goes back to college in a few weeks. She was just diagnosed with ADD. I noticed that she did very well on her job over the summer. Managing multiple courses and long term projects in harder. Should she get a job on campus? (She would not work more than 10 hours a week). Or would this just detract from her studies? She gets overwhelmed easily. But then again working could be a positive experience as well as making money.

Consider giving your daughter some time to get the college routine "burned in" place then consider the job. Whenever I meet new circumstances I must load each new responsibility one at a time or down goes my mental server.
