hi everybody.
i just wanted to share how i have fixed quite a severe pain in my shoulder
blade.
symptoms: when turning my head to one side (especially to the right) i invariably felt quite an acute pain in my right shoulder blade.
i somehow suspected that the problem was with my cervical or
thoracic vertebrae that probably were pressing on some spinal nerve.
the fix:
i started doing two type of exercises:
1. pull-ups (8 at a time)
2. i dunno how to call the second exercise, i will just describe it.
on a school playground i used a climbing ladder structure to hang
myself head down for a few seconds on my feet (toes).
the pain vanished in a week or so.
please be CAREFUL, do not overdue the second exercise
i did it only for a few seconds twice a day.
once i tried hanging for something like half a minute or more,
and then i felt dizzy for quite a while because of the
blood flow to my head i suppose.
please feel free to inquire me regarding any details
good luck
.
