Hi. Recently check my cholesterol. It came up with...this numbers
HDL...53mg.
LDL...179 mg
Trigl:222 mg
Choles...276..mg

And I know its high, so start be more carefull what I eat. One thing I cant believe two years ago all are down, now I lost weight and my numbers gone up. (oct/2006)
