My doctor diagnosed me 4 weeks ago with ADD and Depression. She thinks the add is causing the depression, but not certain yet. I was taking cymbalta and the doctor added wellbutrin XL 150 MG. After a few days, the for started to lift and I was more focused, able to stay on task better, more productive, etc. Then wham! It stopped working. I'm back to my old forgetful self. I wouldn't be so hard on myself if I didn't have a business I am trying to run. My shipments are getting messed up again and the smallest tasks are taking forever again. My piles are piling up again and all I can do is divert my eyes from what seems to be happening all over again.
Any thoughts?

SticksAndStones,
Most likely reason is the Wellbutrin dose is too low or you need an upgrade to a more powerful stimulant such as Adderall.
I parsed your handle as Stick Sand Stone. That's why I CamelCased it. Does anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for your reply, Bob. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow. I am not sure the wellbutrin is what I need. My dreams have always been very active and sometimes would jump in my sleep. Right after starting the wellbutrin, during my sleep, I raised my head in toward my chest (I was asleep on my back) and slammed my head backward onto my mattress. The following morning, I had forgotten the incident. Later that day, I went for a run and noticed how sore my muscles in my neck were. Does this sound like a seizure? My neck muscles have been sore ever since. Wonder if I am reacting to the wellbutrin in my sleep, by having mild seizures? any ideas?

Forgot to mention, I sometimes get the first letters of names mixed up...for example, if i am trying to say Derek and Kendra, I will say Kerek and Dendra....this happens all the time.

Not me. I never get a thing bass ackwards. :D
A seizure is a possibility.
Another possibility, one that I could never have imagined if I hadn't experience it, is a night terror. I caused a night terror by accidentally overdosing on L-trytophane. I had no problem remembering, though, the experience when I woke up. In the dream, I was wide awake or so I thought, and nothing would work. In my dream, I turned the light switches on the lamps and on the walls that actually exist in my house. Each time the light briefly flashed as if the blub burned out. I flew out of the bed in a state of shock only to find to my relief that it was a dream. The dream was as vivid as reality. I so feared a repeat that I stopped the L-tryophane for a few days.
