About 5 months ago was diagnosed with colitis, proctitis , by colonoscopy. Several non-cancerous polyps removed.CT scan also done , everything ok. Initially was given Rowasa enemas , but now on Lialda , one pill a day. Have had great results with Lialda.Prior to the colonoscopy , I had lost several pounds , and continued after the diagnosis , but am maintaining my weight. My problem is I want to gain some weight back, but it seems impossible.Anyone else had this problem ? Any suggestions ? Also wonder if anyone has had any side effects from taking Lialda.
