my recent pap smear showed that i have LGSIL after having a biopsy it now shows that i have Koilocytosis, can anyone explain please

From what I read on a popular online encycolpedia, it basically described Koilocytosis as CIN I. It is an early stage precancer. What is your next step? What will your doctor have you do next? colposcopy?
