Hi, Anyone out there with MS have abnormal cardiolipins in their blood? I have been dx with Probable MS by a MS specialist but my hometown Dr is not convinced. He had a Anticardiolipin Test Panel done and it showed normal IgG but my IgM cardiolipins were 31.4 which is weakly positive. I have to go back in Dec and be retested for Antiphospholipin Syndrome since it was weakly positive but my Hemotologist does not think I present for this this disease and that it may be some other Neurological disorder. I have an abnormal brian MRI and have directional preponderance of 30% to the left due to those lesions according to my ENG test (bithermal caloric test). This may help explain my dizziness. However, my VEP testing and CSF are normal. Any suggestions on something I should look into that I am not? I am so frustrated without a dx or at least a firm direction on what it is.
