Well,
I try the at home journal thing but it's not the same because my book cannot talk back to me when i need to hear encouragement or a good mouthing off because i have not exercised. So I think i will try to write my experiences good or bad and I hope you all will join me. Maybe it will help people like me get on track and stay there.
Here Goes:
Dec 9
I had a bad day for the eating part. I was so tired I didn't prepare my lunch or snack and I paid for it big time with a 2 piece from popeye's and for breakfast i dropped by my old hangout McD's for a sausage egg mcmuffin. I feel really bad about it since I had not been in over 3 weeks (a record)but I wont give up. because even after i finish this I am going to workout with richard simmons and heading to bed.
Tomorrow, is another day. Thank you for blessing me today Lord, and I pray for strength and continued health from you. Amen.
