Pantothenic acid also known as vitamin b5 has the ability to Metabolize bad fats,carbs,and protein and make them into the use of energy.

The nice thing about pantothenic asid is that it's comepletely water soluable which means it wouldn't become toxic on your liver if you take it at very high doses.

Yes I knew Pantothenic aicd was B-5 for but I had
only heard it was a excellent stress vitamin. Very
interesting information, thanks, I always interested
