I have found a club two buildings down that only charges $29.00 per month and have a friend who is going to be meeting me at lunch time to be my workout buddy. Here goes nothing!!!

I don't think I can post the name of the club but it is a chain for women only. I had a consultation this morning and have my first workout with an instructor tomorrow. The lady I met with was so great...skinny as a stick and extremely athletic but she made me feel so comfortable and praised my goals and help me find realistic ones and so on and so forth. I am actually excited to go tomorrow!! The goal that we came up with is 84 lbs lost. I forgot to ask what sort of time frame I should shoot for. I am planning on 8 months to a year to try to be realistic. Thanks for the support!

way to go chippee! I recently started going to the local sports center.. 2$ per visit no contracts! Its co ed but everyone is nive and monstly out of shape!!

I signed up on Friday 1/3 and have gone every day but Sunday 1/5 (they were closed) I have been doing yoga every morning and have cut my calories to 1200 per day. I feel awesome!! I am actually looking forward to my next physical (6 weeks) to be weighed and measured. I am actually looking forward to summer and bathing suit season!
