Hi
My mother on this 18th of august got chest pain and fever she was unable to breathe properly, doctors taken the x-ray that shown a white spot on the left of lung, doctors then treated with the IV and oral medicines (antibiotic)but fever never came down, now they are doing a bronchospy, my mother never had smoked but there were the problem of frequently getting cold, this infection is not reducing, Up to now all the blood test have shown no sign of TB, but doctor have started the TB (turbocolosis sorry spel is wrong but I hope u got it) medicine, why doctor want to have bronchospy is there a chance of cancer… please help I am very worried for my mom she is 59 years old

Sorry to say, no one can tell you that, you just have to wait for the test to come back. Bronchosp is to have a look around, and to cut out a avery smal peases of lung for testing,

thank you bun she gone through with that process, doctor is sure of that there is only infection, they have started giving TB medicines, yesterday even the temperture came down for the first time after the medicine, but we are still waiting for the reports.I am praying to God that everything turns out fine. thank you very much for givning me your time.
