Your thyroid located in the neck, controls metabolism. If it's slow then so is your metabolism among other things. You should have a test for T.S.H. levels which even if it comes back normal does'nt mean your thyroid is O.K. you should request a FREE T-3 and FREE T-4 test. If your Dr. doesn't agree fire him he works for you! If your T-3 is low it not only packs on the pounds it plays a heavy part with Depression, Anxiety and more!

It's so true. I waited much to long before I had a blood test done...too many doctors telling me there was nothing wrong with me. Well, I finally demanded it and the doctor was pretty upset, but I was right. Always listen to your body and if something doesn't feel right, then something's probably wrong.

You need to look into a product called Thyrosol (see a homeopathic and have a Electro Dermal Screening) The test will tell you exactly what the problem is with your levels of insulin, thyroid, hormones, etc. I get tested regularly for Thyroid and it always came back normal. But I was so tired and the pounds just kept packing on (100). When I had this testing done she found that it was the T3 T4 conversion which basically gives you the energy and regulates metabolism was way off and not even working. She said that doctor's test are not accurate. I started taking Thyrosol and feel GREAT! Better than I have in 9 years. I have so much energy and even better the thyrosol has regulated my hormones and metabolism and brought everything in sync. You do not have to do the testing to try it. Order it off the web. It is made by mets-genics. My sister is on it and has the same results. Try it and you will not regret it!!!
