Hi all, hope everyone is having a good a day as possible, full of smiles at the very least. My question is about meditation and yoga. A friend has recently been doing a bit of reading around them and seems to think it might help with pain control or at least with muscle spasms... I'm just wondering if anyone here has tried either or both of them- the yoga bit not the spasms ! and if so, what have your experiences been like? Did you find it helped at all or were there any unwanted effects you had? Any information, good or bad would be appreciated !
