Have any of you heard of or followed the advice of Dr. Andrew Weils? He is all “organic” Just was curious what you outcome was if you used his methods!? Thanks

I have paid more attention to him in the past. I like his push towards natural food and many of his food recommendations. But for me protein is really key and watching carbohydrate intake (neither is really a Weil priority). And for natural treatments and supplements, these days I find Peter D'Adamo more helpful.
