Hey I a young man who got infected with HPV. I feel embarrassed to go to the doctor. Can some one please tell me how is the treatment how long does it take to clear them out?Does it hurt?

Hi E, although it may seem embarrassing (I know how you feel) you really need to go see the doctor if you are having symptoms. How do you know you have HPV? Treatments will vary, there is some great information if you go to the Center for Disease Control. Good luck!

Are you talking about low risk HPV which can lead to warts? If so, you need to get to a doctor so they can be treated. If you are talking high risk HPV (which can lead to cancer) then that is another issue.
