Hi all. The ortho. surgeon I saw yesterday went over the last MRi. I have posted several times what the report said but had not heard the doc's comments about them. Turns out the radiologist suspects a tumor in my neck from the cervical spine MRI. The doc said he is not convinced and of course has ordered another MRI with contrast to rule it out. He said if it is it is benign. I asked h ow do you know and he said tumors here are almost always benign.
He said in 2 weeks when I come back to go over new MRI we have to discuss lower back that something needs to be done. COrtisone shots I guess.
ANYONE out there pls come forward if your MRI mistakenly or not picked up a tumor????????
I just could use some support. Thanks,
Deena
