Today, after all the meds I've consumed, my symptoms are not all that bad. But, I just don't feel good. I'm tired and getting plenty of rest. I have this feeling in my stomach and esphogus but not really hurting. Do you simply feel bad sometimes even when symptoms are not too bad? I DO begin to wonder if this is in my head but there's other days that I feel good? Am I just going plum crazy?

char im running on empty most days, and when i get a little break from severe symptoms i still feel like ##$%%$
