Hi - I have both IBS and UC. The UC is in remission (newly) due to immuno-suppressants. I also have IBS. The doctors tell me I need fibre to make the IBS better but I can't eat it because of the UC. Does anyone have both of these conditions?

I have read about people now using a probiotic supplement VSL3 to help both.
