So in about a week's time I've managed to acquire a Buddha belly. I've never had a belly before. My noise and right ear are breaking out in pimples. Hopefully this is all water weight and will go away quickly after I'm done with the steroids.
On the upside, I'm walking almost normally now.

The blemishes go away, the belly stayed :( Of course I had one to begin with, its just bigger... and its beginning to spread to other areas. Glad to hear your feeling better though.

For me, I got wicked headaches, pimples, voracious appetite, insomnia, speed bursts of energy that resulted in crash and burn (my emotions were on a rampage as well).
Overall, the side effects were worth it, considering how I felt after it was out of my system. Symptoms were either gone or greatly reduced.
