I was on Alesse for many years before it was discontinued a few years back. I was given Avaine the generic equivalent which was not a good pill for me, neither was YAZ. I am going back on birth control pills and was given a prescription for microgestin. I wanted to learn a little about the new pill and came across a few posts for Alesse. Is it available again in the US? If it is that would be wonderful news to hear because it was such a great pill for me. Thanks. : )
