I don't know that anyone has timed it. It is transmitted by skin to skin contact, so I assume it could be transmitted as soon as skin touches skin.

It is transmitted pretty much right away, as Pickle Eyes said, since it's skin to skin. So you get it right away. It usually takes longer to notice you have it, either warts (2-8 weeks) or cell changes (months, years).
