I'm not sure if my problems are alergy related, sinus related, or both. I have seen my family doctor and a doctor in the urgent care they prescribed anti-biotics(first zpak which made me feel really ill and then one in the penicillin family) They made me feel a little better but not much. Here are some of my symptoms. The most common ones I have are a stuffy nose, pressure in the middle of my forehead and at the base and down the side of my nose. I also have a weird pimple looking thing on my right eye that I have gone to the doctor for and he said that he sees it a lot where I live. My eye is also very blood shot around the bump. It seems to come and go. As do my symptoms the only one that doesn't come and go is the pressure. My eyes are extremely sensitive to direct sun light. I can't keep them open for very long without sunglasses. At times it will feel as if someone is pushing my head to the left or right and it will be hard to balance. Other times there will be a feeling like the feeling you get when there is a frog in your throaght except it will be in my sinuses under my eye and down the side of my nose. It seems like it would feel a lot better if I just started crying, which it does, but I can't cry all the time. Sometimes my teeth hurt, which I know has to do with your sinuses but I'm pretty confused because most of the symptoms flare up and then go back down. Which leads me to think it is partly alergies. In the mornings when I wake up it feels like I didn't even sleep,my eyes are droopy, watery, and feel swollen. Also in the morning when I touch my head on the top left or right it will be painful. That is pretty much everything.

It sounds like allergies to me. Are you taking a differnent anti-biotic?
I suffered for YEARS then forced my ent to get me allergy testing. This was in 1998. I to this day get 5 shots a month and will for life.
Do you have dust mite covers for your bedding? You must clean your bedding a lot. Everyday for a while then bump it up. I clean ALL bedding 1 time a week or more. I also have a Honeyw#ll hepa filter that runs 24/7.
Another bedding tip is I put my quilt in the dryer for a cycle and this helps remove any dust or mites.
You have to keep things flowing--maybe go back to dr or see an ear nose throat dr or an allergist. You will likely get some improved by being proactive and keeping things dust free will help.
I also have a VERY good vacuum that is light weight and I will vacuum matress and my furniture. Eliminate heavily scented items as well. Dont use perfumes or smelly lotions. Try to go basic--unscented or at minimum original scents of items.
Feel better soon.
Also--allergens are very bad right now. Pollens and molds are horrible, plus the barametric pressure will hurt you too and bring on these symtoms.

I am going to start taking tetracycline pretty soon. Can allergies make your sinuses stuffed up? I thought allergies are like running nose, itchy eyes, that sort of thing. I will definitely your tips. I'll do anything to clear this up. Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I never had itchy eyes--just cronic sinus infections that would and can bring on migraine headaches. Allergies affect everyone differently. I am going through some discomfort right now due to allergens in the air and barometric pressure shifts--I havent healed 100%, but at least I havent had to get on an antibiotice. There was a time when I could not function well due to all of the infections I used to get.
do you take vitamin C? That can help your immune system fight off some of your issues.
